Here’s a collection of videos filmed for various courses during my university years. Keep in mind that these are student films made under strict rules defined in each brief issued for that project.
The editing of these clips was done by myself and Adam Elwan.
Since these were school projects, we obviously didn’t pay attention to copyrights, but all original material is of course © of their respective owners.

Aspirations
A short documentary about a go-cart racer named Guillermo Marquez, who wants to make it to the Formula 1 some day. This was our grand achievement during our three year study in England and the first project we actually made a script for! Guillermo was very eager to show off his talent and we all put a lot of effort to get this to look as good as possible with limited resources.

Black Sunday
A young student finds himself waking up with a terrible hangover on a sunday morning thinking he is late for class only to realize later that he should have stayed in bed. During his absence a stranger manages to sneak into his house to shag his girlfriend, while a group of robbers decide to break in through kitchen.

Evidence
A trailer for a thriller/horror film called Evidence, which is based on the intro in NWA’s "Chin Check" song. The film was never made, since the objective was to create a 2min trailer.

Rebirth
This project was made for a class which forced us to use simple programs to achieve frame based animations. I had a very complex idea about what this should look like, but there was only so much I could achieve with the limitations set by the brief. This particular piece was designed in Photoshop, animated in ImageReady and repackaged with Premiere Pro.

WSS Multicard Promo
Timmy’s room mate becomes angry as the former refuses to buy him presents with his WSS discount card. In a desperate attempt to avenge Timmy’s selfish behaviour, his room mate disguises himself as a freak and steals Timmy’s Christmas gifts. Meanwhile, their house is getting robbed by actual robbers. Confused? Watch the clip!
This was never actually aired and I doubt our client would have wanted their customers to see this. What started as an ambitious project to create our first commercial clip turned out to be the most amateurish crap we ever produced. But we had a lot of fun doing it =p
