If any of the artworks featured in the Design section of this web site can serve some kind of purpose other than being part of my portfolio, I'd be glad to hear from you. Feel free contact me or send me your ideas by email.
Unfortunately I can not blindly share these, in case some of them have already been implemented in commercial proejcts. All designs are therefore copyrighted, unless agreed otherwise.
Photography
Some photographs featured in the Photography section of this web site may have been altered from the original negatives or digital images. These changes include adjustments in levels, tones, contrast and brightness as well as other filters such as blurring and sharpening, either in an attempt to adapt them to the computer screen or deliberately manipulate them to emphasize an idea or feature in the photograph.
There currently two varieties of my pictures in circulation on the web and I intend to clear this mix up as soon as possible. The pervious photographs, containing my logo(s), a basic framing, some text and a copyright tag are still bound by this old license unless they have been stripped of these characteristics and re-released under a new license by myself.
The new ones without borders, logos or texts are being released under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License, which basically empowers you to share, use and adapt these pictures as you wish as long as you attribute the original to Niko Pettersen. If you release your adaptations on the web, I would appreciate if you included a link back to this site.
I'd also be extremely glad if you could show me the results of your adaptation either by sending it in an email or simply giving me a link to your reproduction. If it is a printed release such as a magazine or poster, I'd be grateful if you could send me a PDF of the final product.
If your making tons of money off of my works or a remix derived from them, then we need to talk. However, this does not prevent you from using them in commercial productions such as magazines, silde shows, or any form of visual representation as long as you remember to attribute the original to my name.
Music
All tracks featured in the Music section of this web site (under Multimedia) have been created with Fast Tracker 2 and later modified with Skale Tracker. The songs have been released under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license. Under this license you are free to use them in any way you like, but you must send me a note or a link to whatever work you produce. This license prohibits you to use them for commercial purposes without my permission and also requires you to submit whatever work you produce under the same license.
The tracks featured in the Remix section are © of the original composers. If you choose to download the Skale version you must abide by the same license as above as well as give credit to original author mentioned in the description. If you happen to be the original author of one of the tracks and you'd like it to be removed or get the facts straight, please contact me immediately.
